Purchasing Process

Purchasing from Irwillings is very simple. Visit our online store, add your desired items to the shopping cart, and when you are ready to complete your purchase, click 'Checkout'. You will be asked for some basic details, and your order will be processed.

We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, and other accepted credit/debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank or credit card company will convert the payment into your local currency. All offers displayed on the website are non-binding, and Irwillings reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Shipping charges apply to all orders. We use the most reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. International shipping charges are also highly competitive.

Guarantee

Once a cricket bat leaves our workshop, it will naturally undergo wear and tear from matches and practice sessions. Willow is a soft wood that, when pressed, provides the required rebound qualities for striking the ball effectively. Since wood is a natural product, it can only endure a certain amount of stress and strain. The lifespan of a bat depends on the amount of impact it sustains rather than the duration of ownership. If a bat is used daily, it will naturally wear out faster compared to one used occasionally.

Bat Weight

The weight of your new Irwillings bat is typically displayed on its shoulder. It is weighed in our workshop with a single grip attached. Please note that additional accessories such as extra grips, toe guards, and anti-scuff sheets may increase the overall weight. Also, due to the hygroscopic nature of wood, atmospheric conditions may slightly affect the bat’s weight.

Irwillings does not share customer information with third parties except when required for order fulfillment, such as sharing necessary details with a courier service. In such cases, third parties are prohibited from sharing this information further.
